Ground-plane continuity and stack-up get specific attention during DFM for boards near sensitive analog front-ends or wireless modules, including controlled-impedance traces where the design calls for them.
Traceable lot & date-code marking
Every panel carries a lot and date code, so a specific build run stays identifiable through your own device history record — well before you're anywhere near a formal regulatory stage.

IPC-A-600 Class 2 as standard. If your device needs Class 3, raise it during DFM review and we'll tell you plainly what's realistic before you commit to an order.
